Cancellations & refunds
All Elaine’s Café desserts are made to order.
Before preparation begins
You may cancel for a full refund to your original payment method if we receive your request before preparation of your order begins. Please send a cancellation request promptly and include your order reference. We will confirm whether preparation has started and whether your order can be canceled.
Once preparation has started
Once we begin mixing ingredients, baking, assembling or decorating specifically for your order, payment is non-refundable for changes of mind, changes of plans or missed pickup. Changes to the order or pickup date are subject to our confirmation and availability.
If something goes wrong
If we cancel your order or cannot fulfill it, we will provide a full refund. If an item is incorrect, damaged or has a quality issue attributable to us, please let us know promptly, ideally at pickup, so we can review it and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. Photos may help us review the issue.
This policy does not limit any rights or remedies required by applicable law.
